Attorney Babak Hashemi, Esq.

r. Hashemi is the principal attorney at the Hashemi Law Firm serving individuals and small businesses in the Orange County Metro and surrounding Southern California areas and the San Francisco Bay area for matters involving Business Litigation, Consumer Warranty, Personal Injury and Civil Litigation.

Mr. Hashemi is also Of Counsel to the Manning Law Office, APC where his principal practice involves advancement and protection of civil rights and consumer protection law, as well as various other civil litigation involving real property. Mr. Hashemi has assisted hundreds of distressed consumers, business operators, home-owners and disabled individuals in California through State and Federal Courts.

As a native resident of Orange County, Mr. Hashemi obtained his undergraduate degree from CSU, Fullerton in 2002 where he studied mass-media communications and natural sciences. Following a period of self-employment, Mr. Hashemi attended New College of California’s School of Law where he pursued a career in public interest law and obtained a Juris Doctorate in 2008 and continued his efforts in pursuit of a Legum Magister in Taxation at Golden Gate University, School of Law. His involvement in the community includes assisting the public through the Bay Area Legal Aid clinic, San Francisco Bar Association, The Legal Aid Society of Orange County and low-income tax clinics.

Mr. Hashemi is admitted to the California Supreme Court, and all Federal District, Bankruptcy and Tax Courts in the State of California. He is also a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates, Orange County Bar Associations.

Throughout his practice, Mr. Hashemi has consistently delivered proven results for his clients as the founding attorney of his firm. He is aggressive, thorough, persistent and diligent in his relentless pursuit of justice on behalf of his clients. Additionally, he prides himself with the ability to provide his clients with personalized attention, care, accuracy and dedication expected of seasoned professionals.
